Calling out all the gamers out there! Boys and girls who are fortunate to be in love with a fellow gamer! Here are some of my thoughts why couples gain so much from playing video games together ♡♡♡
1. +exp on Communication
Playing a multiplayer game with your lover can boost your communication. Like when you plan together what kind of attack you are going to do, or one of you needs support or cover, you'll be surprised how eventually it will be easier to talk to your better half or sometimes how well you can read each other's mind.
2. +exp on Teamwork
This relates to number 1. Teamwork is a big key in a relationship. If you have figured out how you both can work together, fighting will be a lot less and you achieve more things. Working together during a game is very important. Games can help you discover which role you and your lover can do in order to finish a task or win a game. This can also help you see what are the strong and weak aspects of each other.
3. +exp on Bonding time
Long distance relationship? No problem! Online games can help you lovers spend some time "together". Spice up Skype calls and play games together while talking to each other. OR if you are on a tight budget and are tired of going out on a date (ran out of places to go or something) I suggest you do "game dates" let's say on a Saturday night. Because spending time together is also important keeping your relationship alive.

Games can bring out the best and worst in you. You immediately see how they deal with pressure, losing and winning. If you wanna see how your better half gets mad, watch them play an intense online game with very bad lag (haha!) Playing games can help you both see the inner most secret and darkest attitude of one another. Some can be funny but some can be scary ;)

I know some girls hate it when their guys go out and play games with their friends. Some can be like "choose between me or your game". My advice is try to put yourself in their shoes. Games can be a lot of fun especially when you play with friends. Games can also help you understand why your guy/girl spends time to play them. Because it's fun. And taking away something that your lover enjoys doing is kind of not good in a relationship. (Well it depends. If it is for their own good then fine. It's a case to case basis). Guys like girl gamers since they understand that guys need their "game time" and also guys would really love it if the girl joins in ;)
